Fondant Figures - Le Beau Cake

Fondant Figures Class

11 - 4:30pm, £80

This class will teach you how to make the 5 gorgeous fondant figures pictured.

You will learn how to make a:

  • Rabbit
  • Lion
  • Teddy Bear
  • Fairy
  • and a cute Clown!

You will learn how to:

  • make them from scratch and the best materials to use
  • how to colour your fondant
  • the principles behind making them look 'cute'

You will go home with:

  • 5 fondant topped cupcakes with your figures placed on top
  • A copy of the Le Beau Cake cupcake recipe

Please note that in this class we focus on the figure making and not on the baking and decorating of the cupcakes.

You will be provided with 5 freshly baked cupcakes and shown how to decorate them in the style shown.

This class is suitable for students at all levels. All of the equipment is provided for you, but please bring an apron, notebook and pen. Refreshments will be served. Please also bring your own lunch.

The class is held in Hertford, Hertfordshire from 11am to 4:30pm. Ample free parking is available. The nearest mainline train station is Hertford East. There will be a maximum of 6 people at each class.

Our classes owe part of their success to the small group sizes and our excellent references from happy customers and class participants. We kindly ask that you double-check your availability before booking a specific date. We are unable to offer a refund for cancellation of a class. In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by us, a full refund will be given.
