Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they are the legal terms and conditions that you agree to when you purchase and use the online services provided to you by Le Beau Cake through www.lebeaucake.com (collectively, the "Service").

Tutorials and other Le Beau Cake Digital Content

• You agree that tutorials and other digital content purchased from Le Beau Cake is for your own personal use only.
• By purchasing a tutorial you are free to copy the designs for your own cake making. Le Beau Cake retains all intellectual property rights to all of the Le Beau Cake designs, trademarks, logos and tutorial content.
• You agree not to share, re-post, re-blog, copy or distribute any part of our tutorials and other digital content whatsoever, on external websites (for example Facebook) or anywhere else, by any means known or as yet unknown. You agree that if you share, re-post, publish or copy any part of our tutorials or digital content without express written permission from Le Beau Cake that this could cause significant financial losses to Le Beau Cake and action may be taken by us to recover our losses. In addition your account may be suspended and you will not be refunded for tutorials purchased.
• Usage of our tutorials for your own business and teaching methods is strictly prohibited. You may not use our designs to advertise or run a 'class' where you would use methods and designs taught by Le Beau Cake to teach others. This includes, but is not limited to, our video tutorials. You may not use any methods, designs or copy in any way any part of our tutorials, or classes past or present, for use in a 'class' setting.
• Purchasing an online tutorial via the Service entitles you to access and view that tutorial for a limited time (currently 1 year from time of purchase), provided the use of the tutorial is compliant with the Terms set out herewith. After this time, the relevant content may no longer be accessible to the purchaser unless repurchased.

Liability and Refunds - Usage of information via the Service is entirely at your own risk and Le Beau Cake accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from the information, advice or instruction given via the Service. Registration - To purchase from or register as a member of the Service you must be 18 years or over. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. • refuse to fulfill any order, or any part of any order or terminate your account if, at Le Beau Cake's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these Terms or if a competent regulatory authority requires Le Beau Cake to do so;
• modify any username or other content that could be confusing with any Le Beau Cake products and services or which contains any explicit/objectionable content.

Service Availability - Le Beau Cake uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However, there will be occasions when the Service will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond the control of Le Beau Cake. Every reasonable step will be taken by Le Beau Cake to minimise such disruption where it is within the reasonable control of Le Beau Cake. You agree that Le Beau Cake shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the Le Beau Cake online service for any reason and without notice at any time.

Tutorial Credit Bundles - Online tutorial credit bundles can be redeemed solely by the owner of the online Le Beau Cake account for which they were purchased. Customers are free to purchase more credits than the number of online tutorials available to them, however Le Beau Cake cannot and does not guarantee the availability of any number of new online tutorials within any specific timeframe. Le Beau Cake reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, request (by email or otherwise) that owners of any unused credits redeem them for online tutorials within a set period of not less than 30 days, failing which any unused credits will become invalid for use.

Formation of a Binding Contract - No contract will exist between you and Le Beau Cake for the supply of any services or products unless and until Le Beau Cake accepts your order by a confirmatory e-mail or other appropriate means of communication.
