Iced Biscuits Class

At this class, you will learn:

• how to decorate and ice your biscuits using soft fondant icing
• how to make mini flowers and rose buds
• how to emboss patterns on your icing
• how to mix a palette of pale vintage colours
• how to pipe borders for a finished look
• how to add beautiful gold details
• how to make edible brushed laced details
• how to make a stunning flower decorated biscuit

Please note your biscuits will be pre-made for the class, but you will go home with our easy-to-make biscuit recipe.

You will take home with you:

• 12 iced biscuits, decorated by you, in a box
• a copy of our biscuit recipe
• details of the equipment used and recommended stockists, so you can put all you have learnt into practice

This cake class is held in Hertford, Hertfordshire. Ample free parking is available. The nearest mainline train station is Hertford East. Refreshments will be served. Please bring an apron. All of our classes and workshops are suitable for complete beginners.

Please note that our classes, workshops and parties may not be suitable for anyone suffering from a dairy or nut allergy.
